Finding Leya

I'm from the Philippines! This is a big break for me travelling within South East Asia for now after 1 and half year stint of working in Singapore. The places, I've been to where like dejavus- it keeps on repeating in my dreams. These dreams, drag my feet to these countries, I've been to the heart of Cambodia.... I started from Amazing Thailand, then find myself exploring the beauty of Vietnam. In travelling, your meeting the whole world. You meet and have the chance to speak, to strike a conversation, to form friendship with different people from different races. You get to know one's character, culture, events and news from their countries( but if they've been gone for 1 year of travelling, they tell you cute stories on how they survive their adventure). Perhaps, they can tell you history of their country. Then, somehow, you find yourself- exchanging foreign language and a song perhaps. Whether a German, American, Spanish, Polish, Brazilian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Burmese, Thai, Australian etc. you share the same interest that is travelling. It brought you together without prejudiced, without racism. No border, it's magnificent when people from different countries have a dinner together. You discover how people interact with other race. Travelling, enrich your perspective about people and it makes you mature in many ways apart from visiting/staying/living in a certain country. Discovering unknown places becomes a familiarity to one's senses. Suddenly, Weather News become more interesting especially if you've been to this places or currently on that area. Then, you knew where is Laos located. It's also amazing how people exist to travel with a few penny, a traveller is also a hitchhiker at times. But well, there's no bad with that coz there are some locals, who are really nice to help you and wants nothing in return😊 Some were able to hitchhike by Sea . Amazing, isn't? Imagine , an 18yrs old (upon his independence day,can be travelling for three years. There's a also these couchsurfers which aims to bring the world, were you can hangout with a local or be a guest on their sofa. It is like experiencing in a very local and authentic way as well. I love life, life is more meaningful when I get to travel. When I get to share stories, give travel books handed down to me and hand it over to a fellow traveller who will be visiting to a certain place. It is liberating to travel. There are more freedom than in one's own country. I guess, i said too much about travelling hehe😉
