Amazing! When I first saw these pictures I thought: wow! They are almost as good as Explorer Keith's! After about the third one though I realized your pictures are in a class all their own. Great work!
whoo hoo in the 21st century at last! check me out i have internet and a laptop in my house and its working and everything, ok i admit it's the most 80s laptop ever and i don't have email on it( dont ask) but still speeding into the 21st century byt the seat of my pants! hello eon in the snow, miss you lots and catching up, well i suppose its not long now until you are back? we are off to egypt on thursday-finally some sun!am currently sat up watching tv with ali he apparently is not tired and not going to bed. theo is amazing new tricks are pointing, shouting, shouting while pointing and not sleeping-this baby is the anti sleep, its harsh, you'll have to have a word when you get back.... hope you are taking care of youself and we do miss you, glad to hear you are set to attend lyns' wedding, already have a sitter booked for the occassion! and so will be goin out to celebrate your return again, always coming and going aren't you? anyway better go and dump the boy back in bed again, get myself a snack and watching americas next top model, its my favourite episode of the series, they all get makeovers and haircuts and generally 90% of them cry! evil me? no! big love eon and see you soon love viv and crew XXXXX
At least you've got some sunshine! Hi Eon,
Thanks for the up-date mate. It's been rain, rain, rain here. Very little in the way of sunshine, although I did see a nice sunset on the way home on the Gosport Ferry about ten days ago! The Navy are about to return to sea this week, mostly for warmer climbs, so that will empty the dockyard again. Kim came home for a quick stop over last night and went to Viv's b'day party. Her cast is causing her to be a bit gloomy, its on for the next two weeks. Barbara is about to take her back to Warminster. I think she's only got three weeks left there now. Every one is fairly well in Abbey House. Steve went up to London on Friday and blew the head gasket on his BMW! I think he's piggy backing an RAC truck tomorrow!
Right then Bud, all the best and look forward to seeing the next dit and photos.
Bob.
History lesson Ian, Mr D and your old history teacher would be proud of you......... seeing as you never did any work there either!!!!!
Love you millions

At last, we can say we've been somewhere you have! Hi Ian, thanks for the dit and fots mate. Yes, Barbara and I were just thinking of our little hol in Cape Town. We did take the easy way up Table Top, via the cable-car. I don't think my legs would have taken even the easy way up. I've got to admit that your pod looks like something out of a kids transformer movie! Does it walk?! All the best on your birthday - we'll drink a toast to you. We're hoping Kim will be back from France by then. Hope you have a great summer down there. Don't work too hard (Ha!)
bravo dad said you are one lucky guy to do all that you do. good on you. we can only sit back in an amazment. keep the snaps coming. anyway happy birthday and merry christmas. we willbe in spain. love from us both xxxxxx
Reading Fest Ads surely thats not as funny as your boasting about your drinking prowess before promptly throwing up over yourself and passing out for three hours with all manner of strangers and friends bollox on your head!! Sounds like your having a great time missing you loads hot stuff xxx
BRILLIANT I think that running in the water story is possibly the funniest thing ive heard in ages, wish you had a pic!! Sounds like you having a great time, give one of the drug barons a wedgie from me!!!
More grey hairs!!!! I must be a punishment unto myself. I find out you're safe and well after the Peru earthquake, only to read you have to pay drug barons!!!! All I can say is....... Thank god for the bottle blonde!!
Ian, the pics are fabulous, can't wait to see more. Just do one small thing for me...... Don't go getting pally pally with these drug baron people...... and no being cheeky to them!!!

Another Great Dit Excellent Ian, another great account. You should consider compiling this into a book one day, I am sure it would be much saught after. I have notice that you have started wearin a hat in a lot of the pictures...is that because you have now got a complex about ginger hair ?
Keep them coming mate..well done.

Tit-anosaurus are you sure! Hi Ian
Well I can't believe the stuff you get up to! I am dead jelous but I have to say a titanosaurus from a guy who loves puppies, only you could go somewhere that remote and find a dinosaur with Tit in the title!! Looking at the picture of you mining reminded me of you at work in Rothera, apart from you never looked like you were working that hard there!! What idiot gave you a bomb? Are they mental? I'm glad I'm not back on base next season what with you and Kenny the new building might never get finished!! Keep blogging I love reading them!

alright treacle! hello eon! cheers for lovely postcards, can i get one of those chiliean babies fedexed over? not really up for the whole pregnancy/birth thing again... so glad to see that you are having an amazing time, it looks brilliant. have snatched my brothers computer for a few minutes-it STILL has all the plastic packaging on-and have just read all your newest entries. to be honest looks a bit cold. am up for a bit of travelling but would try and pick a warmer destination!so general hecticness in the jenkins house, everyone is getting bigger and cheekier, theo is bulking up beautifully and is starting to giggle and smile and do cute baby things, dave is as annoying-as always-and i am battling post baby bulge...its going to take some time as chocolate is not the answer for a high energy snack i fear! i hope kim is passing on photos of the crew to you to look over, better go as brother will be hyperventiating soon, BIG love eon and take care, miss you lots and be in touch when am next given permission! sorry about horiffic spelling but am so tired today i can see straight, let alone puncuate or spell XXXXX
When have any of us ever listened to our parents!!!! And we turned out alright in the end!!!
Altho id much rather be going to Glastonbury than doing those weird things you like!! Stay Groovy xxxx
