Canned Heat For the uninitiated (basically those of you too young to remember the mid 60's to early 70's, i.e. most of you!), Canned Heat have several well known songs, the most famous of which is "On The Road Again". You sound like you should have done this months ago, instead of getting soft, living in the "Big Smoke" again for so long! Enjoy the travels and adhere to what you know to be right - "feel the fear, but do it anyway". Have fun Emmachan.
Love Monkey Mike xx
The Meaning Of Life Emmachan. How right you are about what you were and what you have become. With all the "feel the fear and do it anyway" that you have experienced, you are finding out who you really are and what is really important in life. Hurry back and enlighten us all xxx
Caught up - Merry Christmas Well Emmachan, that's me finally caught up on yer blog again (only a month gone by since last I looked!). Even more jealous of you being in Thailand than when you were in Goa, although you can keep the touristy bits (bars and crowded beaches etc). Never mind!
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and look forward to yer further adventures.
Monkey Mike
I know Wangkho too Hi, I was dreaming of Mcleod tonight as I plan my trip back there.I started reading blogs to remind myself of the peacefullness of it all. Anyway, I read yours and I know Whag kho too. Don't worry we didn't date. Anyway, isn't he the grar. Good energy and apparently world famous.lauren laurenpricemiller@yahoo.com
Jealous Emma-chan, I am highly jealous of your travels - I have always wanted to go to Goa (and will do, one day). Not too sure about your over-crowded trains, but realise that is the way to travel and see the real India. Bangalore will be different after Goa, where you seem to have been spoilt rotten, but I am sure you will enjoy it anyway. Have fun and take lots of piccies for when you get home! I can't wait. (Monkey Mike)
Kashmir Shame that you never made it to Kashmir. Know the history and trouble, but allegedly one of the places that everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime!
Enjoy the rst of the trip and miss you, number one god daughter xx

I found it! I'm fairly impressed with myself for finding this site, it's going to be good tuning in and finding out what you have been up to.. I wasn't surprised to hear that you had dot on your head...
Sounds good so far, the train journeys would drive me mad, all crammed in together and crawling along..but the destination is worth it, it sounds beautiful the way you describe things. I am just away now to watch you on TV!! that's going to be strange.. love you Emma. x
Just away to embark on a world adventure, India being the first destination. Thought it would be useful to write down my thoughts and experiences. ... full info
