I want to go back to Cambodia. FYI, in Siem Reap everyone speaks English. I've heard it's the same elsewhere in Cambodia. I had much more trouble finding English speakers in Bangkok, oddly enough.

Look like you made the most of what you had to work with! We had 4 guys, probably in 5-6 grade, come trick or treating dressed as KISS. They did a great job and looked very realistic. We went to a great party which one couple throws every year. We never know what to expect.

Last February I took a bus from Siem Reap to Bangkok. Worst overland trip of my life. It was boiling lava hot, no a/c on the bus, and they left us at the border for more than two hours waiting for our other ride. Our six hour trip actually took about 12. I hope your luck is better than mine! Also, Bangkok is a wretched city. Beware of the taxi drivers. They will try to overcharge you. Don't take a taxi that refuses to turn on the meter. Cambodia, on the other hand, was absolutely wonderful. I didn't want to leave! If you go to Siem Reap, be sure to check out Molly Malone's. Best hamburgers in Asia! Enjoy!
