Well, another friend of mine who is currently living in the Dominican Republic sent me a private message and said it is the same way there. They hate the Americans and HE LIVES THERE. He is probably going to return to Florida eventually. He said they call "us" the colonizers!! Geez Also... Peru was on our list but we took it off a couple of years ago I think. I still think it would be neat to see.

I ordered chicken stroganoff one night because I love beef stroganoff and I was curious. I swear it looked like jellied cow brain. No thank you ma'am. No thank you!

The food is just okay. They didn't have real eggs on the Lido deck the first day so the second day we ordered them from the menu they leave in your room each night.... then later we got to the Lido deck and they had eggs benedict that day! It varies. One night the Alaskan char was so-so and tonight the salmon was amazing. I'm not overly impressed nor am I unhappy - there is always unsweet tea, salad, lots of low-carb options. I had an amazing homemade meatball for lunch the other day. You just never know. I'm not overly impressed with the dinner options so far.

Geez Stacy you have had a tough year! I don’t even think Kamie knows all that (?) or maybe he didn’t share. You and your family are definitely added to my prayer list! As for worker comp.. I can only imagine the nightmare it is dealing with all that mess! The state doesn’t tend to take the easy route! ?
