The Inside Passage Decarbonization Project is about dramatically reducing carbon in the waterway of Washington, British Columbia and SE Alaska. We are banding together with fishermen, tribes, ports and boaters to produce, and use, bio or renewable fuels from waste streams while also creating local jobs.
