I can understand why Terri may need some extra prayer time with the Pope because she used up all her accrued Prayer time on the Eskimos to beat Calgary with that Immaculate Reception with 34 seconds left by Tucker to win the game. Super game!! Typical Battle of Alberta. Game not over till the "Fat Lady" sings.
Guess you two and Terri are invited over on Labor Day to watch the Re-Match and enjoy one of my Signature Supper's to pay off my wager with Dave/Cheryl on the game.
The wake made Knee boarding as a youth at Lac La Nonne behind "Grandpa's" 55 H.P. boat does not support surfing in Alberta.(Hahaha).
Glad to hear the Holy Trinity "crew" made it over safely.
Good luck keeping that "Bunch" in line. <>
Love ya and keep having fun. Say hello to "Benny" for me(and the Stamps) too.

Wow Its sounds like your having a blast! Your going to have to move though, no surfing in Edmonton! Its great reading your adventures, but stay safe!!!!
Really enjoyed your parents visit. It does seem a little odd not to have the kids along, lol.
Take care, both of you. Have fun.
Belated Greetings! Sorry this is late but still wanted to wish you a very happy 21st birthday Kim. What an unforgetable birthday for you! I am thrilled for you both that you are having such amazing experiences. I love your blogs - they are educational, entertaining and the pics. are incredible. Stay safe, have fun and keep blogging!
Much love,
Auntie Pat
Surfs Up.. or is it! Couldn't see the Koala, but maybe that's the whole point. I'm sure they don't want to be seen. Dad and I got home early afternoon today or your yesterday. Great trip, great times. Glad to hear that everyone finally got there. Surprise, surprise, problems with customs. Can't wait for the next blog. GAME DAY. Love you, miss you.
Hooray! Hooray! it was so good to hear (read) from you again. Mom and Dad told me you would be busy but I missed reading the blog. I have been tracking your travels on Google Earth. Australia looks fascinating, especially the areas near the beaches. Mooloolaba has some islands where ever house has a water's edge spot. Wow!
All is well here in Edmonton, except for Don's infected elbow. He has been going to the hospital for IV antibiotics 3 times a day since Sunday. He says it is feeling better. He and the family leave for Nova Scotia on the 15th.
Mom and Dad are back in Edmonton later today and we hope to go to the Eskimo game. Last week's win against Calgary (34 - 31) was so exciting! Maybe Eskie magic will return. My new favourite player is Kelly Campbell (71) who had a great game with 154 yds. in receptions.
Remember to include me in your prayers when you see the Pope. Keep having fun.
:) Hiya travellers! Did you find the kids yet??? I can't believe it's WYD time already!!! Thanks so much for the call and btw Dennis the boys tied and had lots of fun. :)
Was your birthday yesterday or are you yesterday? Kim
I keep forgetting. I know yesterday was your birthday here but since you are there is there today or yesterday or tomorrow? Anyway hope you had a great birthday or will have a great birthday if you didn't.
Don Lynne, Justine and Leanna have it figured out)
Happy Birthday Kim! Happy 21st Birthday to my #1 niece. Now you are legal the world over! I know it is probably not technically still your birthday in OZ, but you are a Canadian and it is still July 1 here. Weather has been in the low 30 for a couple of days but hey, Baba has air-con! I'm still loving your blog and check every day. The pictures are fabulous and I'm happy you have the travelling bug. Maybe forcing you to go to Maui started a good thing? Keep enjoying yourselves and give Danielle a hug from me if you manage to see her at WYD. Love ya
Not sure which day it is down under but didn't want to miss wishing Kim a Happy Birthday on July 1st from all us Canadians celebrating our country's Birthday on the same day.
Finally got all "those" Admin. staff out of my hair. Now I can try and get something accomplished at the schools over the summer.
Sounds like you're having a blast. Miss you and keep on enjoying it.

Fun in the Sun !!!! Just want to wish you a Happy 6month Anniversary. You two must love winter and snow and all those cozy clothes. Keep having fun, you only live once, enjoy the experience while you are young. Love Marilyne
A Thrills, A Thrills You two must be just off the ground excited with all the neat things that Dennis can actually see. Maybe the cold Kiwi winter has cured his color blindness. Well we are leaving tomorrow, wait that is actually today for you, but anyway it will still be Sunday, somewhere. Grandpa and Grandma stayed over last night on their way to Valleyview and Grande Prairie for someones anniversary party. Went to Dinner and relaxed on our first day of summer vacation. Keep the blogging going, loving it. Have even more fun in the land of OZ. Kim - GAME DAY!
Hearty Albertans Gee, did you have to travel so far away just to enjoy the snow? You could have just waited for a few months. Love your pictures - their mountains seem much like the Rockies! I may try to put some of your pictures into watercolours. Stay safe and keep having a blast! Danielle sees the Dr. tomorrow and is hoping for the green light to meet you in "Oz".
Schools out for summer!!! Great to hear from you, ok snow in June sounds like Crater Lake in Oregon, remember Kim. Great hearing from you two, looking forward to Australian adventures next. Hope you see some dolphins Kim. Love Mom
*chuckle* Ya know, almost as good as the blog and all the photos are the titles of the blogs!! Haha!! Thanks for sharing your stories and your adventures! :)
:) Hey Guys!
I'm loving your blog, it sounds like you two are having a blast! The pictures are awesome!! What a beautiful place to be having your honeymoon. Keep em' coming!
Tired? Again with the fun adventure. Are you tired, check out the grammar, that's the wannabe teacher in me coming out. That's ok we understand. Going, going gone. Off to OZ, can't wait for the next entry. Love you miss you, Mom.
wizards and such! of course you will see a wizard...there are pleny of them in Oz.
But if you really want to see one Christchurch apparently has a resident Wizard(i saw it after I left in my guide book). We missed it, but please find out what thats all about and get us an autograph!
By the way, your photos are making me extremely jealous that we didn't go further south!
the real responsible ones of dennis X 4 For the record we only said dennis could be the responsible one because he was the oldest...we just wanted him to know that being old can have some benefits every once in a while...just kidding, you know we love you.
But for the record Lisa is the most responsible one...(haha ya right I am just lucky I didn't tip mine and ashley's kayak).
Glad your guys trip is still going good. We leave for Aus so soon, I can't believe it. I am going to miss the crazy kiwis!
to luge or not to luge Of course you luge! Can't even begin to tell you two how jealous we are. When we tell people what you two are up to and show them the blogs and pictures, they all comment, good for them, go for it. Wish we could have done stuff like this when we were younger. Maybe when we are older we can do more. Love you both, miss you. Keep having fun. Mom and Dad
Fantastic! Your adventures sound fantastic and the pictures added to the magic. I'm loving the little hat Kim - very cute!
Thanks for the sunshine you wished us. Saturday was sunny and hot 28C. It's 22C. now at 1:40 am. Plants are growing like crazy.
Shumka concert on Friday night was wonderful. Dancing was amazing as usual - everything from traditional Ukrainian, Irish, ballet, jazz, hiphop and th hopak!. They had guest singers, the Ukr. Male chorus and ReMinor (an acapella group) that sang Ukr. jazz. Yeow! They also had the most amazing violinist (Papa Duke) - can you think Rock violin? Fabulous!
Take care and keep sharing your adventures. Love you.
Our third world trip together! We met on the first, were engaged on the second, and are celebrating our honeymoon on the third. Now we are heading down under to see New Zealand and Australia together!... full info
