Good to see your Blog Again Good to see you are blogging again. I live across the street from Stephanie and so enjoyed your blog from years past. It doesn't surprise me that you returned and this time if not for good at least a long commitment. My wife and I were in Korea with the Peace Corps in the early 70's and stayed on after service for another 4 years. Only having two babies brought us back to the US or I think we would still be there. Was only in Thailand for a short period but enjoyed every minute. I still miss Korea even though we have been back to visit a couple of times. Good luck to you both and keep on blogging when you find time.

*sigh* :) That looks so amazing. I need to have a serious sit-down with Bill so we can start planning and saving to come see you! I miss you, but are so proud of you following your dream and so glad you are happy where you are. <3

Yeah Blog! So glad you have the blog/pics back up! I love reading your stories. Love the pics, especially since we are in them for your family!!! Glad you both are having the time of your lives & are happy. Too bad the rest of us can't follow the same rules as you do! Now, I have the 2 boys at home, maybe I can send them to live with ya'll there and you can teach them about real life? LOL! Love ya'll!
Hard to stop traveling I'm Stephanie's neighbor. Mary Ann and I got the travel bug right after college, did a stint with the Peace Corps in Korea and have yet to get over the travel bug. Only thing that slowed us down was children, but that not for long. Good to see you are back on the road and feeling that is where you should be. Good luck and keep the blogs coming.
I'm so happy you made the trip here, it means a lot to me. Everybody here says HALLO, they all loved to meet you. Lars was just in for the weekend, we had dinner at Ramp half n' hour ago:) Can't wait to get back home to New Orleans, but I also have to admit it is really dawning on me that I'm leaving, forever and ever... Now, when I cry on your sholder and miss home, you will know what I'm talking about- priceless.
Love you, and see you soon. Karin
Whale Shark Congrads on the whale shark sighting. Are you going to submit your whale shark picture to the data base? Maybe you already know about it? Just google whale shark data base. The info (picture and location) you submit will be used to help with the global conservation of these threatened creatures. :)
Going to KOH PHI PHI Loved your story about your experiences in Phi Phi. Can you email me and let me know how much you spent for your hut per month, and what time of year you were there?
I can't wait to show them how to make some Jambalaya!
:)

I'm there with you. I gotta say I just love this blog! And your pics and ability to describe your travelings make me almost feel like I'm right there with you. I'm so happy you're having such a great time, and that you had the guts to do this trip, and I think it'll change your perspective on life, and make your old age more valuable. When I read your blog I always have a big smile on my face, and butterflies in my belly - like I'm in love:) Thanx for the postcard!!! Love you! Karin

Wondering if Trevor has thought about visiting you two. Right now he is climbing up Mt. Kilimanjaro.
