Just trying a second entry. We went to breakfast this morning (which was a terrific buffet) and must have walked past 10,000 orchid blossoms just in this mid-range hotel. Here are just a couple examples of the gorgeous plants. Additionally, there is an amazing display of stone carvings here from a grandfather of Thai feng shui, Voratanut Assagulgovit. The airport in Bangkok is only four years old and its gorgeous, clear and easy to find your way around in. After twenty-four hours of travel, we weren't in any mood to slow down and take pictures . . . perhaps on the way out.
