Journey sounds a nightmare, no more travelling for a while now - good luck with the job. You have certainly had an amazing time and done and seen some fantastic stuff xxx
more lovely food Hi
Sounds like you are whizzing around Asia -- sampling more delicious food. The description of the dishes makes me feel hungry . You will have to do a food memoir of the trip, did you take lots of photos of the different food. TomKas left yesterday - I was tearful and felt bit homesick for family.
Bon Voyage for the next stop on your journey. xxx
HCMC sounds great Vietnam sounds such a good place to visit , HCMC looks so packed and the food all sounds amazing - restaurants everywhere and good food for such a small price ( wish it was like that here - France is so expensive now ) When you are back there has to be some Asian food nights ! x
Hoi An Hoi An sounds lovely. You are still finding new food to try. Really looking forward to an evening round at yours on your return (or several evenings to do all the new recipes justice!)
Urghhh That sounds like the journey from hell--- if you were gagging then I would be unconscious !
Hope Vietnam will be a treat after that - is all travelling across country as bad as that ? looking forward to next blog x
Loas coffee......Bet Math had twitchy legs after trying that one! Sounds delicious. The massages sound great too...at that price you could have one every day - but maybe opt for the relaxing kind rather than pummelling version. Sounds like there's a lot to see and do in this area....
love the translations sounds fantastic -- yet more food --- like the sound of shrimp cooks whore dust -- hah hah . when are you getting to a beach want to know what the swimming's like .
Stop making me hungry! You've set yourselves up here....Thai night at Math & Cath's....I'll bring the wine.
Food just sounds amazing. Thai food I have to say is my favourite. I've tried to cook it at home but can never emulate what the good restaurants can do. In fact...Pontesbury could do with a good Thai restaurant or noodle bar come to think of it! ;-)
Good luck on your next leg (no pun intended spud)

more delicious food What a great idea the cookery course is -- next time see you I expect some fresh spring rolls and a good curry ( not too hot !!)
Some of the Thai temples are World heritage sites
enjoy your next trip xx
Food sounds delicious I'm hungry reading about the food , there is a Thai restaurant around here somewhere must look it up - no sure if Ann Bob like Thai food tho. Know what you mean about the water quality around the built up areas - hmm -- if there are shrimp farms nearby shouldnt the water be good ?! or perhaps not .
Bags Glad you got bags ok but sounded really frustrating at Mumbai airport -- you will need 6 months away to get used to the heat .. trust Math to eat his full meal still inspite of heat :-)
