Great pictures! You even have my son from CA following your challenges with wind and currents. We are with you in spirit and many thanks for your gifts! My best always, Sarah
I wish we were where you are. Hi ,sorry to take a while to reply. Well , i am very excited to receive another blog from you guys. So far find it incredible every experience you both have been through. Your describing of every event is riveting. Calm , stressful, then crazy, then calm etc... I really am happy that you guys are blogging . You guys should write books when you have a chance. love the details. Anyways i am so happy for both of you for following your dreams and enjoying it and letting us follow up with you . Stay safe and enjoy.
Warmer Weather here you come. You will begin to feel a lot better as the weather gets warmer with each mile you head south.
the dreariness of the sailing will start to become pleasurable.
You guys are having quite an adventure. Smart thinking to not try nightime channels and docking.
Have fun.
Roger and Sarah
HATS OFF TO YOU BOTH You're doing something people only talk about doing, my hat off to you both. Your courage, determination and sence of adventure is truly inspiring.
Safe travels, God speed.
Over and out,
Craig
thank you, I think the winds are listening to you! I am updating the blog now- we will miss Charleston unless something goes wrong. Unfortunate since I really wanted to see it, but then again I wanted to see Savannah, St Augustine etc etc we can't see everything. New plan is either St Simons or St Mary's!
Thank you! That was probably not the longest passage we'll do, but it was the craziest..... especially at this time of year. The rest will be much easier!
:)

Way to go Mon! By the time this e-mail reaches you you will be only a few hours from the next big part of your adventure-the get going and get away part. Glad you were able to find the pieces. I spoke with Rick today about you all and he brought up that concern also.
The important thing is to just keepgoing, sometimes slow, sometimes fast, sometimes interrupted-but always in the same direction your dreams lead you.
Bon Voyage agaiRoger and Sarah
Tank you mon!
By now you will have read that finding the pieces didn't solve the problem totally. We will not leave Beaufort until the motor is ok- that's it! Good thing I like Beaufort ;)
