Had a similar experiene with a wall in Ireland as you did in Pic 23 - only mine had Jesus and Elvis aligned...glad your trip was completed on a high note, and hope you have enjoyed a White Christmas...Nik
View from your pillow Haha, love the view from your pillow in Matilda's. That chubby child was seriously freaky. Can't believe it's over, can you continue to write blogs from Munchen. Pleaaaase? x
Another great episode of Cliffy and Chris' adventures! Hello Cliffy!
Wow.. the last 3 and a half months or so of travel have kept me entertained and have made the last few months of my pregnancy all the more pleasant with some big belly laughs:)
Your Global Map will be inheriting a whole heap of new pins as you add all the new destinations to it!
He he... made me laugh about the tax.. how freaking frustrating, but then with the strange outcome of you not paying it in the end:) Also the licking of the boobies made me nearly wet my pants:)
The San Blas island you stayed on looks so reclusive but amazingly serene and beautiful. Just fascinating that places like this exist in the world while we busy ourselves at our computers, at work or in trafffic. Absolutely love the photo with you and the palm tree! what a shot!
Im guessing yur next episode will be after spending Christmas together in Germany with Chris and her family.. Wishing you guys an awesome Christmas with lots of laughs and German beers:)

Helo! Helo again...!
You must be the best "keep in touch" and travel blogger" I have ever come across! Usually the enthusiasm to write colourful and detailed blogs whithers for most at around blog number 3... but your blogs are riveting ... how many months down the track now?
How cool being on the equator! ... what is in that glass? box photo 20 with Chris? Is that a real head of something?
You are both so brown you will soon be unrecognisable... (or is that just filthy dirt built up after your weekly shower cliff?)
We love you both and miss you both
Karolina and Gooma (Velayuthens) xoxooxooxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxo
CHRIS'S HEAD! That by far was the funniest comment ever! Shrunken head ha ha! Your travels look action packed Cliff- your hair is full grown Ben Stiller...you'll have to get 'left' in some of the pics for a real effect!!! U must be very happy with your Bloggs Cliff, so good to read them...read most yest and now this!!! Love to hear from you always, we are missing your voices xoxox
Wow... Well hello Senorita Merry. Thanks for the email! It is awesome to know that someone, somewhere is actually tuning in! It's nice to hear from you and to know that you are alive! The blogs will keep on coming.. we don't go home until December 15. "Home" will be Munich if you didn't know....so in fact the holiday continues for me! Thanks again for the email. Ryan
Wow ... You guys are clearly having the BEST time. Thanks for the blog updates, I'm loving reading them and seeing what you've been up to. Keep up the good work. Love to you both, Em x
My kinda place Sounds like you guys have stumbled across my kinda holiday destantion! The water looks crystal clear and how amazing to swim with the turtles.
Hey Cliff whats wrong with a breastfeeding woman? You love boobies dont you? :):)
Bloo..y hot in Melb... 32degrees and feeling the heat.
Love to you Both Karolina and Gooma (and the 30cm inutero bub) xoxo
OUch Helloooo...having to catch up on your blogs as Gooma and I have been sucking on big juicy mangoes and sipping non-alcoholic drinks in sunny thailand.... the last babymoon before the little Velay arrives.
You guys are very BRONZED and will soon pass as locals.
Cliff OUCH ... I empathise with you on your ankle. The same thing nearly happened to me. I say "nearly" as the waiter in the Thai restaurant caught me in half fall and literally lifted me off the ground before disaster struck. How he managed to lift me and my belly I dont know!
Much love and onto your next blog... love Karolina and Gooma xo
Condors What a great experience to see these birds up so close. Very clever to get to the site before the hordes. We learnt that at the Sistine Chapel. Do you have binocs with you because you might need them in Costa Rica to watch the humming birds. Photos please!!!!!!
Kenny and I have just returned from our epic train journeys around Oz. Had a great time and are now recovering somewhat but came home to our house having been broken into. have no jewellery much now! But the Ghan hit a cow just out of Alice and we had to stay onboard for 12 more hours as the engine had derailed. Arrived Adelaide 2am. Still, these are the things you remember about travels.
Keep safe and enjoy your extended tripping (and nunning) around.
We agree! Hi Em, thanks for putting those thoughts into our heads! We have justr extended our trip until mid-Dec so we can now think of your message for another 2 or so months! We have been ultra mega careful since Arequipa and are hopeful that that will be our last bad incident. Are you in the UK yet? If not, when do you move? Take care. Ryan
da Teef... I can confirm that da Teef WAS sh*tting himself in court and even more so when I caught him. He was totally humiliated when he had to personally hand over the cash to me in front of the entire court room. Hopefully the teef has learnt a lesson! Photos are all secure whÃch is the main thing. Hows Skype coming along...oh and of course lil caramel? Thanks for the message. oxoxoxo Cliff
Who da Teef? Great to hear from you Muzz! The sand boarding would be fun for you... just go down on the belly - thats all we did when the dunes got to 100m high! You only get up to about 70kms an hour! Travelling good..so good in fact that we have decided to extend our stay until mid-Dec. Central America...here we come! Hope all is well back in town. Ryan
Bashing the life out of it! Mitch not bashing the hell out of it? Is hell freezing over in Sydney too? Great to hear from you Tone. Reading your comment I could still hear those dolset tones of yours in my head. Almost made me feel home sick...almost. We ARE having a great time and in fact just put our flights back to mid December. Central America.. here we come! Tell Mitch to email me... hes been VERY lazy! Love to Rob. Cheers Ryan
Nunning it up! I wish I could take credit for that comment but it is a saying from the movie "the ladys man". Its an oldies but a damn fine goodie. If you haven seen it...do your self a favour. Karl will love it! Travels good...very good indeed. In fact we just put our flights back il Dec 15. WE willnow get into Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica and time permitting, Nicaragua. Woohoo!! Thanks for the comment. Hope Ewen and Karl are well. Ryan
you got off lightly! Am so jealous of you guys, I would love to be travelling. You are taking almost exactly the route I did a few years a go. In fact when I was in Arequipa the tourist that arrived in the hostel before me was strangled until they became unconscious and then had all their money and passports etc stolen so really I think you got off lightly! Beware the slashing of the pocket whilst walking to take the wallet!
Enjoy!!!
..... the SLR is safe hi Guys!
Great news to hear that all is safe with your CAMERA... like you said its not just the camera its all the holiday pics and memories that come with it. I hope that little SH%$ who tried to steal it was sh%$ing his pants in court!
Chris must ahve been pretty confused when she got out of the loos! Hope this is the last of the bad experiences.. well you did get a free ticket out of it and the $20 cracked us up!
Take care in the next phase of your expidition!... Adios:)
Love Karolina(mrs V) and Goom (mr V)
Who da Teef Another great entry. Thanks for the holiday I am having with you. Perhaps one day I can follow. Dont expect to do the sand boarding though.
