where the ***** hell are you Hi Chaps,
Liked your blog on the Eyre Peninsula as usual.Statue of THAT horse has been added since we were in the area. No doubt you will be finding a comfortable bivouac to settle into for the Boxing Day test, where the results may not be as expected. Interesting to hear the Pommie cricketer on TV admit that they had doctored pitches in England. It's simply not cricket, old boy!
Keep those photos and blogs rolling. We are enjoying our armchair tour of Australia. Nice of you to pay for the fuel and camp sites.
Cheers,
Fran and Frank.
Merry Christmas Received your card today which is quite something as we have not had any post due to the weather for over a week. Because we can't send you one thought we would take this opportunity to wish you both a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Fly to Portugal on Wednesday 22nd, weather permitting from Stansted. Arrive back in UK on 3rd January2011. Looking forward to seeing you both in April. Have a good one. xx
Catching up with Bruce and Sheila watcha cobbers,
Just caught up with the last blog. I've found Bussleton on the map. Seems like you've moved from empty to busy and now back to empty again. There's nothing around it on my atlas bar empty space! Looks another beautiful spot though. I presume you'll now be sticking your chest out and heading back for 5 days at the WACA next week with the barmy army to see more anhialation of ozzy cricket.
Off to the villa end of next week for xmas and NY and to stock up the wine cellar for April!!
Geraldton oh Geraldton Crikey Steve, and all the time I thought it:
"Ormiston oh Ormiston,
Can't you hear the termites gnawing"
or was it
"Ormiston oh Ormiston,
Can't you feel the midges biting"
Now I'm getting confused
Cheers
Frank
Good to see you two are still alive and well and obviously enjoying most of your trip, apart from the flies. Love the photo of the king parrot (we used to have them visiting our house in victoria)!
watcha cobbers You won't believe this but I mentioned to les Boyingtons daughters fiancee who is australian that we have some friends currently touring australia and they are some way north of perth in a place beginning with K. He said that must be Kalbarri!!! Is it the only place north of Perth?
He came over a couple of months ago and says he prefers it in england as there's nothing to do in perth where the women are outnumbered 4:1 by men.
He's a great bloke to talk to and is part of the group inc the Teals trying to re establish Table in Mansfield.
pretty though... Hey guys, might have been lacking exciting, but it sure is pretty .....I'd love a week there at the moment....oh what bliss, a week of doing nothing....
Dear blog blog bloody blog Delightful pictures from Cape Range,Turquoise Bay,Coral Bay.
Are you trying to tell us Queenslanders that there is some place else that is better than "Beautiful one day, perfect the next?" Not having seen sunshine here in the sunshine state for weeks now,we envy you.
Don't suppose that you were able to catch one of those fish that were being fed at Coral Bay.
Us armchair travellers are looking forward to your next blog.
Keep on keeping on.
As usual, stunning photos.........just to make us all very jealous! I take it you both have an all over tan by now with that long stretch of nudist beach to use. Take care and we look forward to your next installment.
Hi Just wanted to say hello and the pictures are awesome and I would agree with you that it is always best to experience all these sites through ones own eyes. This is one place that I would love to see. Hope you are both well still jealous sometimes can't bring myself to even read your blogs because all I want to do is doing the journey myself.
Keep safe love Nora
No liquor or porn......bet you had to clear out the van!!! Beautiful scenery around there! Glad to hear you're both ok and still on the move around OZ!
