I'm so jealous! Mariellen,
Your travel blog and pictures are wonderful. I can't believe you're so peaceful after having just arrived after a long journey! I am extremely envious. I can't wait to keep reading.
Love, Wendy
I'm so glad to hear from you! Hello Lemonindi!
I'm so glad you're well, keep the updates coming. How beautiful the place and the people seem to be! Emma wanted to know if I gave you her card and she was thrilled (a big beautiful glowing smile) that you took her card to India.
Take care, keep writing, love to you and blessings
Siobhan
That was fast! You just arrived, and already you're posting to your blog! With photos. And you've got an "assistant" as well! My my...
Best of luck with the jet lag. When I've gone to Sri Lanka in the past it's taken me a while, but each day it gets easier.
Getting one's hair cut at home is possible in Toronto too -- that's how I do it, in fact. The price of 100 rupees, however, would be hard to match!
you look SO happy! The joy on your face is the best message of all. Delighted to hear the trip went so smoothly. Despite the chilly grey sky outside my window, I'm successfully imagining the warmth of that beautiful Indian sun....aaaahhh....feels good....
oops Just called to wish you bon voyage (thought you were leaving next week!) -- oops! Looks like you're having a wonderful time already. I'm looking forward to future blogs of your adventures! Cheers, Deb S.
Great pics Glad to see you settling in so well.
I hope your jet lag goes away quickly. I've heard that it takes about a day per time zone to completely adjust!
Best - Dave
sorry I missed you Hi Mariellen
Sorry I didn't say goodbye before you left. I thought you were leaving on the 6th (tomorrow) so called you last night and of course you were gone. You look happy in the photos before leaving so I hope you weren't stressed or anxious (perhaps I project too much). Hope you're settling in and getting your "India legs".
Take care and stay well.
Shelly
