workplace well, not at all what I was thinking of...but larger than what I thought it'd be also....
we missed Alex's phone call on Sunday (we were outside...nice fall day), he was in route to Philly for business trip
getting ready for Uncle Lar & Charlene coming in...suppose to have wet snow Thursday when they arrive!!!!....
off to get my hairs cut & toned down (haven't had it colored since you were here in July!...no kidding!!!!)
by for now, love ya, Aunt Suz
Ceramoteca Like it or not, 1) it's Guatemala, and 2) it HAS been re-done!! This is pretty fancy for Guatemala... Trust me you would not like my working conditions in general (bathrooms that never get cleaned and have no TP (it's bring your own TP), the moldy musty smell in the Ceramoteca, etc)!! As with anything, though, it's not so bad once you get used to it! I sure miss the UWS though, I'll tell you that much!!
Function v Style That joint needs a makeover! Looks like the typesetting library for our family's old printing business circa early 1900s. Has that same kind of charm.
Doggie race Yea, it's not too hot here this time of the year - generally in the 70s during the day and 50s at night, but for dogs it makes sense. Things just start really early here, apparently even on Sundays. Hence I am off to the beach this coming Fri-Sun to get some R&R!!
Monday Morning... Hi, sounds like things are coming along well...busy, as expected! Glad you are around your friends, sure that makes everything more enjoyable for you :>)....even with having allot of work. Will Melanie be there the entire time you are in Guatemala? You sounded good other than being a bit pooped out from the night before (that happens!, hahaha)... Jade ring!?...cool.
Well, I am getting things done around here, busy week with appointments and volunteering for Excelsior and Lupus this week...cooled down today (back into the 50 degrees range). Your Dad and USB got the cottage closed up pretty fast and where home by 6PM.
Have a great week, happy things are working out for you...wow, good thing you made reservatiions for Alex's visit (busy because of the Thanksgiving Holiday maybe?)....Love ya, Aunt Suz
wow!!! These pictures are awesome! Wow, your apartment is very nice and the view is great huh?
Hope you are getting around the area with no problems (taxi cabs???)....what is the temperature
there?, fall-like?
We are having a pretty fall day today....USB and your Dad are closing PS this weekend :>)
Thinking of you.........xxxooo
Good news! It's nice to know things are going well, and moving forward for you. I am so proud of you, and the hard work you do. I look forward to seeing Alex and Pepe next month.
Thinking of you...........
