Today at school the Dean of Education at Harvard came to observe and visit (my schools director got his masters there). After school we went to the fabric market, it is a three story building (like mall) with small fabric shops where you pick a fabric and they measure you and make what ever you want (pants, suits, shirts, dresses...) I cant wait to go back and order some clothes. Dress shirts run about 80rmb (less than $10usd) and linen pants 90rmb. Next, we went to a very nice bar on The Bund. The Dean from Harvard had an alumni party there, and my two friends from work and I were invited. We were able to go, have a few cocktails and talk with the Dean and her husband (who is also a teacher), as well
