Did you find the Gluten free food you looked for or any restaurants?
I've never seen GF bread here. Some say they have GF stuff, but they use rye or barley, we know that's gluten. So be careful. Automercado in Escazu and other parts of the country have some GF items. I've found a few places and will soon be featuring an article on a restaurant with a GF kitchen. We are a family that follows 100 percent gluten free diet.

now I don't remember which of... the three I'm taking is the anti-spasmodic. It's either Dislep, Buscopina or Hidrasec. I think the last one might be an electrolyte of some kind.
Apparently no one escapes Montezuma's Revenge!!! What kind of anti-spasmodic are you taking? I use that type of drug when my stomach is acting up. It's something like hyoscimine-messed up spelling! Feel better soon! love ya!

especially the three-toed sloths... I should show favoritism but I think they are cuter than the two-toed ones. The latter have more of a pig nose and not the markings around the eyes.
