Stumbled on this A traveler of Asia myself, I was actually looking for a shire wallpaper when I stumbled on this photo. Nice shot! Half convinces me of hopping over to Malaysia myself. So much green! Not much of that in my current destination. I guess the lack thereof has led to me reminiscing of the Shire, haha.
Wow what a great story Aidan you write a great story I may be an Aussie but I've never seen the thing that you have seen but maybe I don't have to now your story and photo gave me the trip I hope this isn't the last one love JAG
I had,, the time of my life!!!!!!!!!!! Every Aussie needs to expierience the outback, especially birdsville races and of course the international yabbie races at windorah. words cannot describe the incredible time I had and the amazing people i have met. Its now weeks since I got home and I am still on a high from it. I have made many new friends ,some of wich I know will be lifelong friends.
i simply cannot wait till next years races and to catch up again with all the outback characters I met.
Simpson Desert Wow! I swaer I have your image of the Simpson Desert as my Desktop background. Do you work for Microsoft these days? Great to see you moving around again.
Where now? So where are you heading to then? Are ye coming home or moving on? It would be good to see you again, but we're not averse to visiting either!
You're crazzzzzzzzzzzzy!!! Aiden I'm just after having such a laugh at this blog...I'll be honest with ya, I don't read them all, but dip in and out..I see a book in the pipeline!!! Sounds like your having a ball, I'm soooooo happy for ya (sarcastic tone), actually, I'm soooo jealous!!!
