Riding North Pat:
Met you guys at Haynes on ferry going to Juneau and you mentioned how good the movies were of down under and around the world then went on to say that you would send me copies. I guess I gave you that look - sure that is what everyone says and never happens. Then you assured me you would. Even at that I was surprised and a little embarressed for lack of faith in fellow man for there on the table was your package of cd's. So far we have seen them all and my Buddie is waiting to see them as well. We had a great trip having left June 1 and flying back from Whitehorse on July10. We went to Homar Alaska Prudoe Bay Inuvik Keno and back to Whitehorse bt Tok and Chicken. No wipe outs but almost got bucked off twice. The side excursions to Bella Colla and to Telegraph Creek were most challenging and make one wonder the character of those who built such roads.
Thanks again for the CD's. They will be well circulated.

Memories Reading your blog and seeing the photos brings back memories from my own trip in 1995 to Alaska in an SUV. It looks just the same even after all this time and at the time my wife,Candace, and I talked about doing it on bikes in the future so I am very jealous of you both right now.
Thanks for giving me the link to the blog, enjoy yourselves, stay safe and I will see you both when you come back to work.
Quite a Beaver! Hey 2-Pats. Hope everything is going well and the weather is cooperating. Thanks for the e-mail, I will follow your progress and keep wishing I was along for the adventure. That was quite a beaver you got a picture of. Good luck!
We are 2 friends and work colleagues heading to Alaska on our motorcycles from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada in June of 2009.
