Vietnam is a bad-ass country that I have a crush on. A rebellious past, courageously standing up to big bullies, yet gentle, kind and damn good looking. I was a bit annoyed when our hotel told us we had to pay an extra $10 US each to use the pool of the hotel across the street. But it was a really nice pool, with a great view, so worth it.

We mostly stayed in District 1 and 3, but did cross over the river into District 2 for the Ho Chi Minh Museum

That's a helicopter pad ontop of the Bitexco Building. I was pretty disappointed when we paid to get all the way up there only to realize we weren't allowed out on the pad. I thought it was a viewing platform!
