Happy Tet
Hi Hong Ha, Great to hear from you & to read about your trip to Saigon during Tet. Your nephew is such a handsome boy & he is so chubby :) This lunar new year is the year of snake in chinese lunar calendar (same as the Vietnamese lunar new year sign). I started cooking pineapple jam on the eve & baking pineapple tart (one of my favourites) the rest of the day. This year my brother bought a pot luck (from chinese restaurant) consisted of all the goodies like prawns, abalone, scallops, chicken meat, fish, duck meat etc. Less cooking. Hope to read about your trip to Phnom Pehn. Take care.
