Can you imagine me as a teacher?
I started giving english courses to selected employees of Big C....
Most of them are students, working as cashiers, hostesses or in the customer services department.
They are very motivated, so it motivates me to help them improve their english!
What we did is that we created situations where they are confronted to english speaking customers, so they can be capable more or less to answer in a proper way! for eg, if I go shop at Big C and I can't seem to find let's say the right size of shoes, they should be able to guide me!
I'm really enjoying this part of the
job. it's two hours per day during 3 weeks! It's a nice way to interact with people from a total different culture and background et vue que tout est donnant donnant, j'apprend quelques notions de Vietnamien aussi! 😊
It is challenging! They really have no or basic english notions.
As you all know I am a very very patient person :P So we'll see how it goes! 😊
Chúc ngủ ngon Beirut!
