Don’t you just love Asian bus schedules? I love to travel... and so far I have been lucky enough to visit a few of the incredible parts of this world... So much more to do and see still though... the list seems to have no end... Well... Nem Lui (grilled kebabs - meat on lemongrass sticks, rolled in lettuce and rice paper and dipped in peanut sauce - yum!), Banh Uot (thin rice noodle pancakes eaten with shrimps and shallots - mmm....) and green papaya salad with shrimps Delicious! oh yes! and Saigon beer of course! ;)
