Today we toured the Citadel which was used by the Emperors. They offer a costume so you can pretend to be one for 5 minutes. We donned the elaborate costumes and a good laugh.
Later the Citadel was used in the Vietnam War and on display they have captured US, Soviet and Chinese tanks. I hoppedon top of one for the ultimate photo op.... how often do get on top of a tank?
We met some cyclo drivers who showed us their letters and comments in their books from other tourists they seemed so pround of these belongings so I gave my cyclo driver a photo keycahain with pictures of NY and our house.
