The veggie garden has started cropping well now so no problems first thing when sister Begat comes round for a few things. To be fair, she actualy wanted a few of our spare plants that she should grow by her house. We will need to get someone to water everything whilst we are away so maybe, just maybe, she will do that for us.
Into Phon Thong and do a few more things towards Jai's visa application. The village photocopier is broken so I try one in town whilst I am there. There is a long queue ... I use thw word 'queue' loosely ... so I give up for the day.
In the afternoon George returns all of my books that he has in readiness for his departure. He is expecting someone to send him some money then he will leave for Bangkok the following day.
