Feeling a bit better ... ?

Wake up at 4:00 after a good nights sleep. Still feel like sh*t but maybe a little bit less so than yesterday.
Take Jai on the bike to give some veggie scraps to the ducks, buy something at the village shop then pick some leaves at sister Bepats so that she can colour her hair later.
My work done for the day it is time for my morning tablets and back to bed for the morning.
After luch Jai with neighbour Ang to help out at the dead man's house whilst most people head off for the cremation.
I go to bed even earlier than usual as I will be waking up early tomorrow.
