paradise

hi folks
This will be our last blog before we come home, for the simple reason that we have discovered paradise. Story so far is that KL , another city was too much. Although it is a very nice place, everyone and his dog is trying to rip you off so we all decided we had had enough of city life. We got a flight to Bangkok mid afternoon, found a cheepy airport hotel for the night and looked for some where to go for the rest of our trip that was quiet. Hua Hin on the Gulf coast seemed to fit the bill so we started looking and asking people for any recommendations. A guy in info in the airport mentioned a little hotel south of Hua Hin that fitted the bill. We phoned and booked the place straight away, organised a 7 seater VW to drive us down, the Thai driver aspiring to join the Petronas formula 1 raqcing team, absolutely whakky. Anyway 4 hours later we arrived at paradise and we ain,t moving till we come home. We have got a place for 100 pound a night, 25 pound each ( villa) with super air con two en suite bedrooms to die for, a great open sitting area, roof top area with loungers for sun bathing and a pool out side our living area, and all not 200 metres from the sea. The hotel and the staff are great, the food is even better, the beach goes on forever and the sun is shining. Cherry and Lin are at this moment having a 2hour full body massage so me and Rog are down on the loungers having a cool beer at 1.50 a pint. Heaven
