Kurt & Di Thailand - the land of sun, seafood, stunning beaches, and cocktails!!

We were dying for some sunshine, and this was the place to find it! We flew into Phuket, via Bangkok and arrived in the sweltering midday sun. From the moment we were picked up from the airport, we were amazed at the legendary Thai hospitality, and it continued the whole trip.

After sleeping off the jetlag as best as we could, we jumped into the crazy Patong Beach experience.

Highlights were a boat trip out to Phi Phi Island's to snorkel with sharks, feeding the monkeys, lazing on the beaches, and shopping up a storm at the market places.

It flew by absolutely quickly of course, but we were so excited to be going home that we didn't get sad like we usually do when we leave a place that we love....
