back to bangkok we go

have loved koh samui its lush......although weve fell in love with everywhere weve been so far. done a jeep safari other day through the mountains and held tigers and mooore monkeys. lisa had a holiday romance with a monkey called joey. weve been making the most of the sun and the nice hotel coz were just about to get back on a bus then a ferry then a bus then another bus to get us back to bangkok.....were making our way up to laos and stopping off at pattaya on the way which were expecting to be a bit different from where weve been lately...weve heard its like magaluf. we planned to chill on koh samui but it didnt really happen we got drunk at a night market with the locals and we only went for a corn on the cob!!!!!! cocktails were only 50baht (1.00) and ended up doing tequila slammers with the locals who had just finished work.was fab sitting in the middle of the market drinking at the little cocktail stands....well untill everyone packed up their stalls and then their were just us and a few locals sat in the middle of an empty car park on plastic chairs. one of the women we were talking to worked at tescos and she gets paid 20 baht an hour...(40p) beehive and sculpture house wages arent seeming so bad now!!! haha. ark bar was amazing (thanks ant n shaz) just sat on big beds on the beach and had loadsa photos with all the animals.played games with the thai kids on the beach their so cute. their was flame throwers and fireworks on the beach...brill...another messy night. quite glad we will be stuck on busses and ferrys for the next 17 hours its gonna be like a detox for us. well unless we take a bottle of hong thong on the bus. just said bye to holls and laura who we met our first week...😞 wish they could stay but will definetly be visiting them in london weve had such a laugh with them. so next stop pattaya will update soon!!!! xxx
