Time to Leave!!? hmmmm.....

Im getting to the point where i keep extending and extending my time on koh phi phi island, as the hotel im staying in is gorgeous, the place im staying in is spectacular and its all only costing me about 30-40 quid a day! Im a regular at the local womans food stall, her spring rolls are amazing! And im even not getting hassled by the "taxi-boat" men as much as they have seen me walking around everywhere loads! Ive been here about 6 days so far and it has been really nice to just drop the bags and just generally relax, and i think the easy option is to just stay in the same place (although i can see why people stay here for ages!). Theres always irish people wherever you go and what does that mean!? Irish pubs! The good thing about this was that the other day i was able to have a lovely sunday roast as im still not feeling the rice and chicken! I await northern thailand for that!
I also got myself a small tattoo on the top of my right arm, as they were only like 1500 baht and theres so many here itd be rude not to! Its the symbol of the chinese year in which i was born, although it probably means "death to the infidels", havent had any funny looks as of yet! It was done by bamboo ink tattooists, as the machine one is apparently more painful.....and this one i could go swimming and in the sun straight after....just have to vaseline it up!
But from all the people ive been meeting i think thailand has a lot more to offer.....and i think im going to spend about a week in the northern hills of thailand and do some trekking, apparently i can do some white water rafting and bamboo rafting! Although to get there, ive still got lots of islands to see, after here i am off to a place off of the coast from krabi, called Rai Leh (hopefully its not like rayleigh, essex!), although then it might have a pink toothbrush! But apparently i cant leave this close without seeing it (according to traveller sources!), it is a bit of a honeymoon island but cheap to get to and hopefully cheap to stay on! Im finally getting around to uploading some more photos as well, and all of these ones are off of my cameras!

WOW!
How are you? just read your blog - thinking of doing south thailand in Jan - just island hoping! reccommend it? Any advice/tips? will keep reading your blogs - more pics pls ;-) Maya Island seems like something out of the movies! Zubs

yeah am gd....yeah its so easy to stay put on an island, definately recommend it ...am on an island called rai leh at the moment, and its gorgeous. Stunning beaches, and im only paying ten pound a night. But theres so many other islands around you can stay on! Yeah maya island is good, but make sure you visit in a longboat as u get more time, the big boats only stay for 40 mins and you dont get time to take it all in! Its so easy to get around and safe, you dont really need any advice but to have fun, you will get so much from other travellers once you get here anyway you can have a gd random trip!
