Wheres The Tigers???

Another reason me being in Phang Nga to see a few national parks.I fell in love with National Parks when I was In Oz and imagine Thailands being special.I originally was going to go to a local one called San manora but the bigger and supposed better one was not too far away and Matt,Emma and Amanda had decieded to go so I joined them.They picked me up at my hotel.And in the same jeep that took us round Phuket we headed to Khoa Sok NAtional part with promises of Tigers,Bears and the like. I love national parks more than any beach.OUt in the jungle.Cant beat it.The road there was breathtaking and like the into to a boss song.I knew it was gonna be good.We finally settled on a place to stay.A Tree house!! aparently theres gibbons sniffing round in the morning aswell.But for the first day we decided to do the most popular walk which was 12 k , taking in waterfalls,and a gorse etc.We all covered up ,allthough youd thing the others where wrestling crocs.I kept it real and wore all white,im not scared of nojungle bugs and it was ROASTING,i dint wanna look like a litle gay dutch puppet like Matt.SO we walked and walked for a good few hours,these suppose Beautiful waterfalls where about 3 foot high!!! The wildlife I saw included 1 buttefly and about 30 wasps.That was it.Hardly woth an 8 mile walk!!At the very end there was a pretty nice gorge which we swam through but again hardly worth all that walking.Matt jumped off a pretty high ledge too just to show off and prove his canadian-ness haha.
So a very tired 3 people headed back to out tree for some beer and food VERY dissapointed,after all Id read about this place it hadnt lived up to it.Still got some exercise after all ive been eating and drinking lately.........
