PREMATURE COMEDOWN !!!

Hello , sawadhi cap and How's it gawn ?
Your intrepid International Socialiser is in Chaiya ..again but this time forcefully !!! it's chucking it down !! .. I came here again with Soda as she had't seen it before ; Don't remember if i told you before, it's one of my favourite places in Thailand , i don't really know why ,it's small and unexciting but i like it , met Jet my friend and stayed the night had a laugh with him ..
He's got a great American accent but with the usual Thai 'slant , he learned most of his English from Rockford Files tapes an he's very funny and dramatic , and even the simplest story sounds like the radio commentary for extra time in a Scotland v England World Cup Final !!!! .. only wanted to pop in and see him ,say hello and on our way /// But the rains have came again and ended up staying two days more ... grrrr Iwanted to go north but the weather is too unpredictable so being a Fairweather Tourist i've decided to go back to Samui tomorrow..
Chaiya is a very old Town , reputed to be one at the centre of the early silk trade routes and visited frequently by Marco Polo when he was selling sports shirts centuries ago, and then that Bastard Fred Perry moved in and stole his idea , thats what i heard anyway !!!!It also has a nice temple , not as garish as many of the bigger ones . ... The rain is great here , staight down for about twenty minutes , and then its boiling again , but it can totally destroy the roads ,and i'm a scaredy cat and don't want stuck anywhere ..so there !! Cosmic and the Firm are back today/tomorrow so i imagine there will be drink quaffed and tales told , and i will relay the best of them to you all ..

Anyway , back to selfless me ... i'm on a wee downer ,although i still have over a week the Blues are setting in ... So drink seems to be the only answer and when i get back to Samui i WILL partake of a few, playing again in the Shamrock on Sunday Should be a good crowd so i'll enjoy myself anyway ..... Soda has phoned her friends and is getting very excited again so i'll have to keep an eye on her .. When she tells anybody that i play Sax its followed by a high pitched squeal thats supposed to sound like me , .... i hope she's wrong haha. She'sGreat........ ANYWAY MY FAITHFUL some more random smudgies and i'm off , til next time xx

Hello there oh bronzed one. Been enjoying your stories of fun,music,drinking,partying and also the bits you haven't been telling us about (filled them in myself oh sash weight man) Trying to find something interesting to say to compete with your stories but its Dunfermline.........what more can i say !! The Bigwood saga continues to depress all and sundry. The small and unexciting Tam is still cleaning his table. The weather here is much shittyness. Off work today due to the bridge being closed to all traffic other than cars because of high winds. Excuse to get bust.....braw !! Away to do aforementioned......speak soon xx
