The tea-shops also had wine and (quite often) homemade whiskey, this one with ginseng.

If what I understand is correct (and I am not certain) this Chedi overlooking the Chinese martyr's museum may be where the leader of the KMT in Mae Salong was laid to rest.

Hey Dan, I really enjoyed this even though Tara had told me about this trip in detail a couple times. My favorite part though although thoroughly grossed out was the swine licking the mans face clean. Thank you for the visuals.
