Too much walking yesterday !

I really good night's sleep means that I am not going out to buy breakfast until nearly 07:00.My legs are aching a little this morning after lots of walking yesterday. Have always walked around a lot when we are in town but living where we are I have gotten out of the habit.I drag myself out of the room for an hour on the internet mid morning then apart from a short walk in the afternoon spend a lazy day on the bed watching golf from Shanghai.We go to Sugar Bar in the evening for another huge plate of Ben's food and back to the room about 22:00.
