Bike ride and cooking class

Hey guys



So we didn't make the bike ride haha it was way too hot but we did do the cooking class and it was really good!! Everyone who knows me well knows I'm not the most experienced of cooks lol but I think I did ok....it was edible lol!! We were in a class with a French couple, German couple and a really lovely Dutch lady. It started by walking round the market looking at the fresh ingredients we were going to be using and then back to base to start cooking.

Me and brad chose to make friend noodles Thai style, spring rolls, seafood I'm coconut milk and Thai green curry all were a success I think!! The class was 4 hours long but went so quick and we got to bring a recipe book home so we can try it out for you all when we are home ;-).

Back at the hotel now and having an early night as have a tour tomorrow all over Chang Mai will update you all tomorrow
