Glad to see you found the former Railway Hotel...
I see it has changed a lot since I vacationed there! I'm glad they kept it up as it is such a colonial gem. Remember to eat kanom krok at the night market!

Excellent recommendation
Thank you Bob, it was a fantastic place to have a look round. Haven't made it to the night markets yet, I can't have the kanom krok as it has coconut in and I'm allergic to coconut.

sorry about you being allergic to coconut. Hopefully Zoe can try the kanom krok, I was going to recommend another dessert for you, but everything I thought of has coconut milk. You will have to be careful about Thai food as almost everything contains coconut milk.

Coconut....food of the devil!
It's not as bad as we had thought it might be and were enjoying the noodle dishes. Zoe can't have coconut either as even the smell can give me a reaction so if she breathes on me I can react, I'm brilliant at running at the first wiff of the stuff
