How many locals does it take to fill a Tuk Tuk?
The flight from Phom Penh didn't take long at all, before we knew it we were settling into our hotel which was just off Kao San road. We spent the evening on Kao San Road watching the locals participating in the King's birthday celebrations; it was lovely to see everyone being so patriotic and happy. The next day we went for a suit fitting and hung out back at Kao San as we had to leave for the airport at 4am.

Our taxi arrived about 10mins late which was soon made up by the 160km speeds he was doing, it was without a doubt the fastest trip to the airport we have ever had. Usually we would be really appreciative of this, but given we were in the backseat of a Toyota Camry with no seatbelts and the driver slept at the traffic lights we think we'll take the bus next time.

Koh Samui here we come.
