It wouldn't be a day unless something random happened while we were in Seoul. Obviously we intended on going to the Latin American Festival and it turned out to be Korean. Then we went to the War Memorial, knowing what it would be all about or at least the gist of it.

But when you decide to go out for dinner and find a random street concert... well you'll just have to watch and enjoy for yourself.
