Sentosa and lots of rain!

Well, we had been told then when it rains in Singapore, it really rains.

Sentosa is a small island just off the south coast of Singapore which is a pleasure resort with various attractions and 3 beaches. We went expecting a day of relaxation after a couple of days pounding the streets but unfortunately, only an hour or so after arriving the heavens opened and we were drenched. Although it meant we didn't want to stay is was actually quite fun getting that wet that quickly. Soaking, we headed back to the mainland and back to the hostel to dry out which is where we sit now. If the rain dies off we might walk down to Little India for dinner (the right way this time!) but if not we think we might head to the nearby hawker centre.
