Travel to Singapore - VIP Style While waiting for our Indian visa to be cleared we had at least four nights to kill in Malaysia. On our last full day in KL, we planned to head to Melaka, about two hours south of KL, the following day. Through the joy of Facebook, though, we learned that my friend Laura was in Singapore visiting her sister and helping with the birth of her first niece. We immediately told her that if she had time to see us, we would be on a bus the following day to Singapore. So, away we went.
