After a month in Indonesia, Singapore was a paradise of organization and cleaningness... we spent 2 days there moving from shopping centre to shopping centre and not buying anything...
Chinatown was great and the food tasty and cheap... Little India was spicy in many ways, it is the only place of the country (city?) where the rule of "no loitering" doesn't apply...
Organization comes at a price and, in Singapore, everything is forbidden: no smoking, no loitering, no patronizing, no feeding the pigeons, not leaving the toilet without flushing, no cycling in bridges... or you'll get a fine... until recently it was even forbidden to chew gum on the street...
The train ride to
Kuala Lumpur, in Malaysia was interesting as we were ridding backwards in a car full of screaming children... that's if you ask me... ask Dax and he'll say it wasn't that bad...
Kuala Lumpur is surprisingly clean and quiet for a big city... except Chinatown... we didn't spend much time there... too many shops... too little shopping will (how people can relax while shopping is something I'll never understand!!)...
Again, after only 1 and a half days, we took another train, this
time at night and to Thailand where we'll met Aimar after he's been traveling for nearly a year... We got a super cute little private cabin just for Dax and me, and it was Dax's first time over night in a train... he didn't like the experience very much as he barely got any sleep...
We arrived this morning to Thailand and we'll meet Aimar tomorrow to spend Christmas with him and do some diving together...

I am sure you are having a great Christmas... and with Aimartxu! so he made it in the end!!!. Well, keep on writing and a big kiss and as we say in my land: Zorionak eta Urte Berri on!!!! A cuidarse.
