We arrived in the evening at Ninoy Aquino international airport in Manila after a two hour flight from Hong Kong. After a lot of confusion we finally made it to our hostel in Santa Cruz, the Red Carabao. I was very impressed with the place, extremely clean and very pleasant staff. Take care, guys. Keep away from angry dogs. Rabies is a scary thing.. It's bloody freezing here in winter wonderland. Enjoy the tropics and get out of Manila. Let me know where you'll be at X-mas.. and happy hannuka!

We may be in Java Island around xmas, and possibly Singapore for new years. we'll see how it pans out. As for rabies, yes I am taking special precautions and not being overly friendly with the dogs like I am back home!
