in the cockpit hey everyone!
Home from Osaka. We arrived at 5:30pm after an 8 hour flight. We went and walked around and found a place to eat dinner. Japan has basically another city underground where all the trains go, and their is restaurants all over the place underground. we walked around underground and in the city before heading to bed. We were exhausted by the time we get to Osaka because our flight left Dubai at 3am, so we had been up all night, but of course we got this extra shot of adrenaline when we arrived. We went to bed at about midnight, and got up at 8am. We caught the train to the next city over-- Nagoya where we went and saw the famous golden temple and then went to another temple were we saw Geisha's, which apparently is quite rare. Their were thousands of people trying to get pictures of the geisha's, lucky we got close enough to get decent pictures. We then walked around Nagoya for a while, had some lunch, searched Nagoya and Osaka for Sushi, and for some reason it is impossible to find and no one knows what you are talking about. Apparently Sushi is

male, Maldives very hard to find in Japan...Weird!
After exploring for a few hours we headed back to the Hotel; we stayed at the Hilton Osaka, which was beautiful and tried to sleep a bit before the 11 hour haul back to Dubai. I for some reason could not sleep so I was a little tired. We departed Osaka at 11:45pm and arrived at 6am this morning. I was so tired i could barely keep my balance. I got home and slept all day!
Anyways, we had an amazing first layover. It was me and 3 other girls from my training batch who were on our first operational flight. We had a good crew, and we had lots of fun!
Now I have a few days rest and the off to Saudi Arabia, Sudan and China!
