Okinawa is an area at the southern part of Japan. When I was in Okinawa, I didn't think it's Japan, it is more similar to Southeast Asia region. Many beautiful beaches, Asian trees that never seen in other regions in Japan, delicious food, many kinds of fruits, etc.
