Hello..
So we arrived in Kuta yesterday from Singapore.... Kuta is like Costa Del Sol for the Auzzies, We arrived early hours in the morning had a quick kip then walked along the beach north to Seminyak about 10km, a few stops along the way included meeting one of the many sales women offering massage...instead i gave her a massage she liked, we chatted i didn't charge her.lol.
In Seminyak lots of spas along with nice restaurants.. The people here are really nice, if you stop and chat they leave you alone from selling you stuff (time shares in Kuta)
Arrived in Ubud today by bus. This place is cool as.. we didn't realize but there's a big Hindu cremation being held tommorow..a local head of the village.. its very rare to catch this so we are lucky to see..the roads will be shut, electricity down and we must take offerings to the gods to keep the bad spirits away..
But today is all about shopping i have just stopped by to fill you in and find out how much it will cost to ship things back home.. Rich doesn't know yet..I left him enjoying a beer watching the world go by.xx
