Preetha, Reena, Jane and I all flew from Kochi 4 hours North to the capital city Dehli. India is extremely diverse. There are 28 states and 17 official languages recognized by the government. It's like Europe. Italy, Spain, Poland, Ireland all have different cultures, and languages. Flying North we hired a driver and traveled approximately 430 miles through an incredible group of cities known as the Golden Triangle- Dehli, Agra and Jaipur. Being in the North there were different languages, foods and fashion. Instead of tropical and humid, it was a desert with dry, extreme heat. There was also immense history exemplified best by the amazing architecture featured in forts used to protect kings of the past.
