Merry Christmas to you all reding this. This is the fist time since landing in India, we've had chance to visit an "Internet cafe", this one is located in the Hotel, in Jaipur. so it's a little easier, than walking the busy streets, but must be quick because I'm being charged 1 India rupee per minute! I'll try and quickly summarise our trip so far. Left UK by Taxi to York Railway station, taxi and train ontime, we arrived early at 4.10am, 30 mins before check-in gate opened, but it took, an 1 hour to get our luggage checked in at Manchester Airport, by the time we cleared security, the flight was boarding to Paris, CDG, no-time for coffee, or Andy to visit Dixons VAT free! Plane was 30 mins late leaving Manchester, because they needed to remove someones luggage, this was a little concerning for us because we only had 1hr 15mins, at Paris, to transfer to Delhi flight. We arrived in Paris, at a different terminal, and this took 20mins to get to our boarding gate, and the flight had half boarded before we had got there, so it was rush, rush, rush before flying, at least no time to wait. One annoying thing, was we had purchased additional water after security checks at Manchester at a cost of 5.00 pound, but had this taken off us at Paris, passing through additional security checks, so had to purchse more Evian water before getting on plane! Umm...... Landed late 12.30am Delhi, and after collecting luggage, after an hour my bag arrived, taken to hotel. Arrived hotel at 2.00am! Sofar been in Delhi, done a Delhi City Tour, Shekhavati, stayed in a lovely hotel at Mandawa Haveli, went on a Camel ride yesterday for an hour, and couldn't wait to get off! I had my own super camel, other couples, had a camel for two! I wont be going on a Camel in a long time! There our 16 on the tour, from New Zeland, Canada, Mexico, England (Manchester) and we have a local guide from Jaipur. We've been in Jaipur for two days, and tomorrow we leave to Ranthambore National Park, where we stay. Fingers crossed we hope to see a Tiger! Well must sign off now. All the Best Love Andy and Lindsey
