Just now while sitting here at the Internet cafe something caught my eye over the top of my monitor, out the open window I saw a monkey running past along the roofs overhang. He jumped to the balcony of the building next door, walked along the top of the railing to an open window, pondered it for a second and then jumped inside. A milisecond later a traditionally dressed Tibetan woman jumped out onto the balcony grabbed the broom there, ran back inside and instantly the monkey was back out on the porch and calmly walking away on the railing again. I wonder how many times a day this woman has to shush the monkeys out of her kitchen....
