Hi we're Chris and P. We have quit our jobs and sold our house to follow our dream of travelling around the world for 12 months!!! If possible try going to Margao village
Hi Chris, I like a lot reading your blog and seeing the images you upload. If you are still in Goa, take a ferry (it's free) and go to Margao village. There there are some beaches quite unknown to the tourists. I went to one. You'd surely love it.

Hi Bhuvanesh thanks again for reading, glad you are enjoying our adventures. Unfortunately we are no longer in India (we were there August-September this year) but we already want to return - there was so much more we wanted to see. We'd never even heard of Margao whilst we were there. Will have a look at Margao beach though for our return.

Off season - often a great expereince
It seems like you enjoyed visiting Goa in the off season. I have several times come to places in the off season and enjoyed my stay there. I have sometimes even felt that off season might be better than when there are hundreds of tourists around sharing the place with me. /Ake

Completely agree with your comment. We were initially wary about visiting during monsoon season but the infrequent rain was really not an issue at all and was actually a blessing with the fewer tourist numbers,
