Nothing worse than 'free internet'.. as you never know when you may get the boot. So.. I will be quick. Minimal sleep and we were out on the streets early... exploring one of Asia's great cities. Hoping that our massive buffet breakfast will keep us going with energy, we embarked upon a market marathon.... through bird park, along the aroma filled flower market, down through the goldfish market (my fave).. and then the ladies market (but we were too early). Anyway... we now find ourselves atop Victoria Peak admiring some amazingly clear views of Hong Kong Harbour. The journey over here by Star Ferry (still rated personally as the world's best ferry rides)... and then an upward walk... had us all ready for a cold drink. The outside 35 degree heat and humidity pushing that upward are surely energy draining. Kids are coping well... Luca somewhat better than Riel (who of course gets bored faster). No about to head out and enjoy the views... take some pics and then wander down through Central. Time for a late lunch as it is now 1300. We plan to absorb the sights and smells as long as we can (which means - until the kids are done!!)...then back for a night of solid sleep. Tomorrow we head over to Macau.... so more to come later.
